1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CenterPlus, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Service Description
CenterPlus provides an online management platform for educational centers, including student management, schedule planning, teacher management, payment tracking, and role-based access (Admin, Teacher, Student). We may modify or improve the service at any time.
3. Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information, ensure the security of your account, and are responsible for all activities performed under your account. Each center is responsible for managing its own users.
4. Subscription and Payment
CenterPlus currently offers CenterPlus Access, with other offers coming soon. Non-payment may result in temporary suspension, restricted access, or the center status being marked as "Stopped." Rates may be modified with prior notice.
5. Data Responsibility
Each center remains the owner of its data, is responsible for its accuracy, and must comply with applicable data protection laws. CenterPlus is not responsible for incorrect data entered by users.
6. Privacy and Legal Compliance
Personal data is collected, processed, and used in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the CenterPlus Privacy Policy. You consent to the processing of your data when you use the service and accept the associated Privacy Policy.
7. User Rights
In accordance with Law No. 09-08, you have rights such as access, rectification, opposition, and deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt to hack or disrupt the system, share login credentials inappropriately, or upload harmful content. Any violation may result in suspension.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or technical issues may temporarily limit access.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if conditions are violated, if payments are not made, or if fraudulent activity is detected. Centers may request termination at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
CenterPlus is not liable for loss of profits, data loss caused by user error, or indirect or incidental damages.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
